In the first book, I talk about the trivialization of the war. Pictures of kids playing with guns and role-playing war, and how the nazis drug-abuse influenced on the whole conflict.
I also talk about the Gaza conflict and compare pictures of the situation with rules of games made for children.
I used primary colors to express how lightly we talk about war. The strongness of the colors also represent the cruelty of it.
In the second book, “emptiness” I approach the Covid19 situation from a personal perspective. I talk about solitude and emptiness, reflecting this feeling on the layout of the book, minimalistic and simple.
