Sorgina means witch in Euskera, and Sorginak, witches. Women have been silenced for centuries, in different and diverse ways. I decided to use this name for the magazine to refer to those crazy unfair times when women were believed to be witches.
It is kind of magic and intriguing, at the same time. This is womanhood for me. And I wanted to talk about it in this magazine, which is specialized in giving visibility to female artists.

The design of the cover is simple and clean, yet uses strong images to make it attractive. On the top, the names of the featured artists on the current number, on the right, the name of the volume. Under the title of the magazine, sorgi-nak, the artwork is displayed on the cover.
